Engine cold start ECU temperature sensor.
This sensor is fitted in all Toyota MR2 mk2 1989-2000 and controls engine temperature communicating with the ECU, this does also control cold start for some mk2 MR2 models. This sensor is normally coloured green, and located within the engine bay.
Note: Revision 1 & 2 UK cars do run a separate sensor for cold start
Note: Revision 1 & 2 Japanese Turbo 3SGTE engine run a separate sensor for cold start.
